Integrations
Excel, Google Drive, Gmail and Google Calendar.
Excel works anywhere
Exports every academic year: an Assignments sheet (all years, with a Year column), a Teachers sheet with live totals per year, and a Summary sheet. Import replaces the classes of the currently selected year only.
Google Drive inside Claude only
Saves a dated backup of all years to your Drive.
Gmail inside Claude only
Creates a Gmail draft with a teacher's classes for the current year. You review and send from Gmail.
Google Calendar inside Claude only
Creates recurring weekly events on your calendar from each class's schedule text and the current year's term dates.
How the Google buttons work
They ask Claude to act through your connected Google accounts, so they only run while this app is open inside Claude. Nothing happens without pressing a button, and Gmail always produces a draft.
Settings & data
Academic year
Settings below belong to the selected year only.
User accounts
Administrators can do everything, including managing accounts, deleting years and resetting data. Coordinators can edit all department data. Anyone without an account can open the platform in view-only mode. Passwords are stored as hashes inside this file — a guard against casual edits, not bank-grade security.
Terminology & labels
Rename how the platform refers to things. Changes apply everywhere immediately.
